At Tricom Controls & Services, we believe that developing our skills is a journey we share. We always strive to create a workplace where knowledge flows smoothly, helping everyone to learn and succeed.
To make this happen, we recently started a great initiative: a series of internal knowledge-sharing seminars. 💡
Each department chose a representative to speak about what they do best. Our speakers gave us a real, deep look into the core of their work—explaining the actual installations they build, the engineering solutions they deliver, and the advanced software and tools they use every day. It wasn't just about sharing information; it was a wonderful opportunity to connect our departments and raise our technical skills as one team.
