Design, Supply, FAT, Installation, and Commissioning of a high-performance Siemens S7-400 FH, Redundant IO system. This provides unparalleled reliability and fault tolerance.
Implementation of Pressurized Panels (EXP, ST.ST IP 65, TEMP -50 to +60°C) ATEX Certified, complete with Purging and Vortex Cooling Systems, ensuring safe and stable operation in harsh industrial environments.
Supply and Installation of compressors field instrumentation (TT, PT, LT & control valves) for precise monitoring and control.
Installation of cable trays and seamless cable laying from field instruments to the new PLC system.
Integration of a modern SCADA System for comprehensive plant visualization and control.
