Logistics Specialist

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Custom Clearance, Logistics, and coordinating all shipments
2. Prepare and follow up on all documents needed for Import & Export shipments.
3. Track shipments in and on their way to the final destination and resolve any delays
4. Ensure that the import documents are accurate and properly prepared before the arrival of the shipments.
5. Prepare and update the shipments report 
6. Obtain quotations for shipping and choose the appropriate provider according to the needed cost, quality, and delivery times 
7. Follow up with brokers, manage needs proactively, and ensure the safety of shipments 
8. Update ETA and all shipment details on the logistics system 
9. Aware Of Nafeza and ACI Process.
